It is very desirable that a solicitor is asked to advise on a contract BEFORE it is signed, whether you are buying or selling.

No extra charge is made for advising on a contract. We have a fixed fee  which includes this work.

It is a matter for each client to decide which searches are to be carried out. We only charge you what the government departments charge for these searches.

We do the full amount of work that is necessary to protect a client in a property conveyance at a reasonable cost. Our fees are fixed. We do not have any hidden fees.
